SKILLRIG / PRIVACY

What this beta collects.

Marc English operates SkillRig. Signup records contain your email, consent date, research selections, goal, optional skill URL and campaign attribution. Feedback contains the answers you submit, optional email and skill reference, and attribution. Do not send confidential information or credentials.

Why and where

Records are stored in a dedicated Cloudflare D1 database, separate from the testing workspace. Feedback is also emailed to [email protected] and retained in that inbox. Signup consent covers beta access and product feedback emails, not unrelated marketing. You can request removal or stop contact by emailing that address.

Attribution and spam protection

Session storage remembers campaign tags, the first public landing path and a random session identifier while you browse. A separate first-party counter stores a daily salted hash of that identifier, campaign tags and whether the beta page was reached for up to 30 days. These approximate session counts are not linked to your signup or feedback answers. Referrers are reduced to their origin, without query strings. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and network signals to prevent abuse. Short-lived hashed network identifiers may be used for rate limits; raw IP addresses and challenge tokens are not stored in the beta database.

Cloudflare Web Analytics, when enabled, provides aggregate traffic measurements. It is separate from signup and feedback records. No advertising pixels or session replay are used. Counts can be incomplete because of blockers, bots and repeat visits.

Retention and access

Only authorised administrators can query the capture database. Records are kept while evaluating this beta; the first retention review is due in six months. Email copies and Cloudflare backups may remain after a database deletion until separately removed or expired. This is not an anonymous feedback channel if you identify yourself in your answers.

Your model key

This website does not accept model keys or run live tests. In the local lab, a key entered in Settings is held by the local server process to authenticate OpenRouter requests, outside saved workspace state. Environment-supplied keys remain subject to your own environment configuration. Never paste keys into test prompts, signup or feedback.

TRY LOCALLY

Hosted testing is not open yet.

Use your local SkillRig build to run tests. No tests or API keys are accepted on this public website. Local builds are currently shared privately. Join the beta to request access; joining does not promise immediate hosted access.

Already have the build? With Node.js 22 or later installed, double-click Start-Lab.cmd on Windows. Alternatively, run node server.mjs from the project folder and open the local address printed in the terminal. Start with Demo; Live requires your own OpenRouter key.
